google's new look

Google has started to change the look of its sign in page for its services like Gmail, Google Plus, Google Analytics etc. Soon you would find all the Google products blended with Google Plus look. Although this new look was always available and user were able to switch to it but now this look has been released for all and will be the default login screen for Google services.

There is no change in the URL and all the bookmarks will work as earlier. In the preview phase, few users didn’t like this new design to which Google responded in its help center that for limited time users will be able to switch back to old version but once this new look is released for everyone and made default, there won’t be any option to switch back to old look.
All the Google sign in pages have secure URL (https) and you will see a lock sign in the address bar. If you’re still not sure whether you’re on the actual sign-in page, just type https://www.google.com/accounts directly into your address bar, and sign in from there.
