Multiple e-mail signatures, a feature that should have been in iOS from day one, has finally been made available with iOS 6 update. Before iOS 6, users would be able to set only one signature and had to edit or add extra information when using other email accounts. Not anymore!

How to Setup Multiple E-mail Signatures on iOS 6

  1. To set up multiple e-mail signatures, click the Settings app and then select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. Scroll down until you find the Signature option and tap on it.
  3. You’ll be presented with the option to set one e-mail address for all accounts, or to set a signature per account.
  4. Select Per Account and you’ll have the options to create email signatures for all the accounts you’ve configured.
  5. Now, when you send an e-mail, iOS will automatically apply the proper signature based on the account you’re using to send the e-mail.
