Before the company’s S-1 filing, Facebook moved its employees from its old offices in Palo Alto, Calif., to a new 57-acre campus in Menlo Park, Calif., a building formerly owned by Sun Microsystems.

Facebook reported revenue of $3.7 billion in 2011 and like many other technology and Internet companies, Facebook is fostering a creative environment with its new campus, which offers everything from open, communal working areas and a fitness center, to free meals and open bars throughout the office.

Approximately 2,000 employees work at the Facebook HQ and are entitled to 21 days of vacation and 11 holidays per year. With office like this – who needs a vacation? Have a look into Facebook’s new Menlo Park campus.
