You asked for it and Google+ listened and delivered it. Yes, now Google+ users can share their circles with others and allow others to view who has been added to their circles. This featured was demanded by many users and Robert Scoble even used to show his circles on his profile to help others to add interesting people on Google+.” I’m happy that I am in Robert’s Circles ” :-).
Today Andy Hertzfeld from Google+ Team posted that he has finished the work on sharing circles and he even shared one of his circles. Though this feature is yet to appear on everyone’s profile but soon you might see this option in your circles.

When you share a circle, you’re only sharing its members at that time. Also: the circle name is always private to you, and any changes you make afterwards are private as well.
Google+ also released the official announcement of sharing of Google+ Circles. Watch the video.
